My Story
My name is Dominic, and I am a passionate Shiatsu therapist.
For more than 20 years, I have practised Kung Fu. Martial arts continue to be an important part of my life and have greatly influenced the way I view the body, movement, and awareness. They have taught me calmness, focus, and a deep appreciation for the connections within the human body.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors, especially hiking. Movement and finding balance in nature are an important part of my life.
I am also the father of a son, which has enriched my life tremendously and further deepened my understanding of presence, responsibility, and patience.
Shiatsu is a Japanese body therapy that uses targeted, deep pressure and manual techniques to work with muscles, fascia, and joint structures.
It is commonly used to address back, neck, and joint complaints, muscular imbalances, and stress-related tension patterns. The aim is to release tension, improve mobility, and support the regulation of the autonomic nervous system.
In our practice, Shiatsu is combined with elements of Osteobalance and Craniosacral Therapy. This integrated approach allows for a structured, body-oriented treatment of functional musculoskeletal complaints while also supporting the fine regulation of the nervous system.
